Throughout 11 years, the Annual Regional Conference has hosted great international speakers and around 3,000 participants from 40 countries.

“The Nature of Leadership” aims to bring together the most innovative and exciting alternative methods for leadership development from around the world. Our diverse range of practical workshops, hands-on masterclasses, and the inspiring keynote speech will equip the participants with a comprehensive toolkit for developing their leadership skills, so they can lead with authenticity and purpose.
